Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outpatient Therapist for a virtual role based in Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy for various behavioral health concerns
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical interventions in the electronic health record system

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Full, independent licensure as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Ph.D./Psy.D., or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare, preferably in an outpatient setting
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches, particularly CBT, DBT, and MI
• American Heart Association CPR certification and training in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention required within specified timeframes
