Wisconsin Licensed Outpatient Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Outpatient Therapist will provide virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) therapy for patients ages 13+, facilitating group sessions and conducting evaluations while working remotely on a Monday-Friday schedule with required extended hours on Wednesdays.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate structured group therapy sessions in a virtual IOP setting
• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish treatment plans for patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required qualifications

• Active LCSW or LPC license in Wisconsin required
• Availability for 40 hours per week in CST hours
• Experience facilitating group therapy strongly preferred
• Experience treating mood disorders, OCD, anxiety, and related conditions
• Telehealth experience preferred
