Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Outpatient Therapist will manage a caseload of at least 25 clients per week, complete diagnostic assessments and treatment plans, and collaborate with a supportive team in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Carrying a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week
- Completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and case notes
- Participating in staff meetings and trainings to foster team collaboration
Required qualifications
- A clinical license in Wisconsin (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or similar)
- Experience with diagnostic assessments and treatment planning
- Ability to maintain solid boundaries with clients
- Willingness to keep documentation up-to-date and timely
- Familiarity with Office 365 and EHR systems; Valant experience is a bonus
