Wisconsin Licensed Paralegal
Job Summary
To support a corporate legal department, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Paralegal will provide paralegal support, draft and review commercial agreements, and serve as a liaison between legal and cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment with occasional travel.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day paralegal support and manage contract workflows
- Draft, review, and revise commercial agreements, including NDAs and MSAs
- Utilize legal technology and AI tools to improve workflow efficiency
Required qualifications
- Degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field; coursework in technology law is a plus
- Experience supporting an in-house legal department, preferably in technology or SaaS
- Demonstrated experience with AI tools to enhance business processes
- Experience drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
- Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems
