Wisconsin Licensed Pharmacy Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely within Wisconsin, the full-time Senior Pharmacy Analyst will assess, monitor, and maintain the drug reference file while collaborating with policy and clinical teams to enhance drug coverage and reimbursement policies.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage the drug reference file for outpatient drugs and physician-administered drugs
• Collaborate with policy analysts and clinical staff to develop and implement drug coverage policies
• Analyze proposed changes to the drug reference file and propose initiatives for quality and efficiency improvements

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare/Pharmacy industry, including 3+ years of Medicaid and Medicare experience
• Experience with Pharmacy reimbursement and understanding of drug coverage rules
• Familiarity with National Drug Codes (NDC) and drug claims processes
• Experience as a systems business analyst
• Access database experience is a plus
