Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician for a 100% Remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer prior authorization calls from providers/members, handling up to 70 calls daily
• Process prior authorizations using various computer systems, ensuring data accuracy
• Gather member data for pharmacist consultations based on inbound phone requests

Required Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Pharmacy Technician in Wisconsin
• 6+ months of customer service experience with healthcare professionals
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Availability for a 5-day work week, including possible weekends, with 8-hour shifts
