Job Summary

A company is looking for a Phone Triage RN in Access Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage incoming calls from patients, caregivers, or healthcare providers to assess needs
• Provide appropriate clinical options and education based on triage protocols
• Document patient calls using the electronic medical record system

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of five years of clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care
• Two years of education at an accredited School of Nursing required for RN licensure
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License required
• Availability to work night hours and weekends as needed
