Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Premium Auditor will independently conduct detailed audits of policyholders' operations and financial records, ensuring accurate insurance premium determination through physical and hybrid audits across multiple lines of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct premium audits by examining policyholder operations and financial documentation to determine actual exposure in accordance with insurance coverage
- Schedule and perform physical and hybrid audits across various lines of business, including Workers Compensation and General Liability
- Serve as a technical mentor to junior auditors, providing guidance on audit procedures and supporting departmental training initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of premium audit experience across multiple lines of business
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Completion of a Program in General Insurance or coursework towards an Associate in Premium Auditing designation
- Knowledge of insurance manuals and industry standards such as NCCI and ISO
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
