Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent
• 10 or more years of progressive health insurance product management or development experience
• 5 or more years in managerial or leadership roles
• Deep expertise in commercial individual and employer group products
• Strong understanding of health insurance markets and regulatory frameworks
