Wisconsin Licensed Product Owner

Job Summary

To support application development projects, the remote Wisconsin Licensed Product Owner will facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, provide system analysis, and oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle while collaborating with diverse teams.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and storyboarding sessions to identify business objectives
• Act as the main communication channel between operational teams, subject matter experts, and development teams
• Translate business requirements into User Acceptance Testing (UAT) criteria and validate system fixes

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in enterprise Java/React ecosystems
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, and microservices
• Exceptional capability in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira or Confluence
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work directly with non-technical business users
• Self-starter with a sense of urgency and strong collaboration skills
