Job Summary

A company is looking for an Originating Production Manager II.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team providing administrative support to Loan Officers and oversee loan application processes
• Monitor departmental performance metrics to enhance productivity and compliance
• Build relationships with realtors to generate leads and ensure exemplary customer service

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two to three years of experience as a high-performing Loan Officer or Assistant
• Active state-specific NMLS license required
• Expert knowledge of mortgage processes and regulatory requirements
• Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role strongly preferred
