Job Summary

Leading high-profile projects to enhance access to quality child care, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Program Analyst will engage stakeholders, manage policy development, and ensure compliance with audits and inquiries related to Wisconsin's Child Care Subsidy Program and quality initiatives, with potential for hybrid work arrangements.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate projects to increase access to high-quality, affordable child care in Wisconsin
  • Engage with stakeholders including state departments, county agencies, and child care providers to support program changes and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with audits and monitoring related to child care quality and subsidy programs
Required qualifications
  • Experience drafting policy papers or memos for decision-makers and leadership teams
  • Experience leading program or policy initiatives, including goal identification and implementation support
  • Experience interpreting program or policy requirements such as statutes and regulations
  • Experience leading stakeholder engagement for complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience managing large-scale programs or policy initiatives within Human Services
