Wisconsin Licensed Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the Department of Employee Trust Funds, a Wisconsin Licensed Project Manager will lead Agile technical projects and scrum teams focused on business intelligence and data management, working full-time and remotely from anywhere within Wisconsin.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and lead large, complex enterprise-level projects using Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Define project scope and schedule, ensuring timely delivery of value and organizing project status meetings
• Develop teams by holding them accountable, removing roadblocks, and mentoring team members

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a scrum-master role leading scrums for business intelligence and data warehousing
• 5+ years of experience managing Agile technical projects
• Strong technical knowledge in data management
• Experience in team development and accountability
• Proven ability to define project scope, manage risks, and prepare progress reports
