Wisconsin Licensed Project Manager

Job Summary

To guide large-scale technology and business transformation efforts from planning through implementation, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Project Manager will develop modernization roadmaps, lead technology procurement activities, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders in a 100% remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall modernization roadmap, implementation strategy, and project plans
• Lead technology procurement activities, including RFIs, RFPs, SOWs, vendor evaluations, and contract recommendations
• Prepare executive briefings, strategic recommendations, status reports, and project documentation

Required qualifications

• Project Management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum
• 15+ years of experience leading large-scale technology modernization, transformation, or systems implementation initiatives
• 10+ years of experience with technology procurement planning, vendor selection, and contract management
• Strong knowledge of project management, organizational change management, governance, and systems implementation methodologies
• Experience using Microsoft Project or equivalent project management tools
