Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience, with 3+ years in Project Program Management
- Experience in leading organizations through consolidation, reorganization, or merger
- Ability to forecast resource needs and adjust plans accordingly
- Experience in applying structured Change Management methods to projects
- Mentoring experience to build consistent project delivery practices
