Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Provider Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Provider Relations functions and daily operations of the department
• Develop standards and resources for strategic provider network development and partnerships
• Build and implement provider communication, training, and education programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in provider services or contract network development
• 7+ years of experience in servicing healthcare providers with Medicaid and/or Medicare products
• 7+ years of experience in managed healthcare administration
• 2+ years in a leadership position managing employees
• Experience with managed healthcare provider compensation methodologies
