Job Summary

To support a growing multidisciplinary mental health organization, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Psychiatric Provider (MD, DO, or PMHNP/APNP) will deliver psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborative behavioral health services, with the flexibility to work fully remote or in a hybrid capacity from Wisconsin-based offices.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management for a diverse patient population
• Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
• Engage in telehealth and in-person care opportunities tailored to provider expertise and interests

Required qualifications:

• MD, DO, or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP/APNP) credential
• Active Wisconsin license or license eligibility
• DEA certification eligibility or active certification
• Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered mental health care
