Job Summary

To support a growing multidisciplinary mental health organization, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Psychiatric Provider will deliver psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and collaborate on behavioral health services, with the flexibility to work fully remote or in a hybrid capacity from various locations across Wisconsin.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management for diverse patient populations
• Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals to provide integrated care
• Participate in telehealth and in-person service delivery based on patient needs and provider preference

Required qualifications

• MD, DO, or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP/APNP) degree
• Active Wisconsin license or license eligibility
• Eligibility for or active DEA certification
• Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered mental health care
