Job Summary

To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time or part-time Wisconsin Licensed Psychiatric Provider (MD, DO, or PMHNP/APNP) will deliver psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborative behavioral health services either remotely or in a hybrid capacity, with access to Wisconsin-based offices for in-person collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management for diverse patient populations
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
• Utilize telehealth and in-person care opportunities to meet client needs effectively

Required qualifications

• MD, DO, or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP/APNP) credentials
• Active Wisconsin license or eligibility for licensure
• Eligibility or active DEA certification
• Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered mental health care
