Job Summary

To support a growing multidisciplinary mental health organization, the full-time or part-time Wisconsin Licensed Psychiatric Provider will deliver psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborative behavioral health services, with options for remote or hybrid work in the Milwaukee area.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management for diverse patient populations
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care
• Participate in telehealth and in-person clinical services based on client needs and provider preferences

Required qualifications

• MD, DO, or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP/APNP) designation
• Active Wisconsin license or eligibility to obtain Wisconsin licensure
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain it
• Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered mental health care
