Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans

Required qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Active Wisconsin medical license or eligibility for Wisconsin licensure
- Active DEA registration or eligibility
