Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Long-Term Care - Rate Setting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and documentation of rate setting models for long term care programs
• Use advanced analytical techniques to evaluate costs, trends, and reimbursement outcomes
• Monitor policy changes and assess their operational and financial impact on Managed Care Organizations (MCOs)

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis, financial modeling, or health policy analysis
• Strong data expertise and understanding of rate setting decisions impacting MCOs
• Experience interpreting public policy, preferably within healthcare and/or Wisconsin Medicaid
• Advanced skills in Excel and/or analytical tools such as R, SAS, STATA, or SPSS
• Education or training in public policy, economics, statistics, or a related field
