Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Public Policy / Long-Term Care - Rate Setting Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and documentation of rate setting models for long-term care programs
- Evaluate costs, trends, and reimbursement outcomes using advanced analytical techniques and large datasets
- Monitor State and Federal policy changes and assess their operational and financial impact on Managed Care Organizations (MCOs)
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis, financial modeling, or health policy analysis
- Master's degree in Public Administration or Public Policy
- Strong data expertise related to rate-setting decisions and their impact on Managed Care Organizations (MCOs)
- Experience interpreting public policy within healthcare, preferably Wisconsin Medicaid
- Understanding of the Long Term Care (LTC) ecosystem, including reimbursement models
