Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts nutritional assessments and obtains nutrition history from patients
• Consults with healthcare staff to determine patients' nutritional needs and diet restrictions
• Develops and implements nutrition care plans and provides education to patients and families

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACEND-accredited dietetic program (B.S., B.A., or M.A. in Nutritional Sciences, Community Nutrition, Dietetics, or Public Health Nutrition)
• Minimum two years of experience in a clinical setting or completion of a dietetics internship
• Current RD/RDN license in good standing with the state licensing board
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
• Knowledge of industry best practices and ability to use Windows-based software applications
