Job Summary

Offering a part-time, fully remote opportunity, the Wisconsin Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) will provide virtual nursing care to patients, focusing on crisis intervention, treatment planning, and patient advocacy while adhering to professional nursing standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities:

• Utilize video conferencing to build therapeutic relationships and guide patients through virtual de-escalation techniques
• Conduct initial assessments and document patient information, involving support systems as necessary
• Implement and update treatment plans, ensuring compliance with nursing standards and regulations

Required qualifications:

• Wisconsin Registered Nurse licensure, with the ability to obtain licensure in additional states as needed
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
• American Health Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Formal training in management of aggressive patients required within 60 days of hire
• Previous psychiatric experience with children, adolescents, and adults preferred
