Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Management Educator (Remote Option within SHP Service Area).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and deliver educational and training materials for coding accuracy
• Create and execute strategic action, quality improvement, and risk management plans
• Provide educational support and coding quality assurance related to Medicare Advantage and Medicaid reimbursement methodologies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a business or medical field, or a registered nurse degree
• Completion of courses in CPT, ICD-9, ICD-10, and HCC coding
• Three years of experience in health insurance, nursing, compliance, or auditing
• Certified Professional Coder certification required within one year
• State of Wisconsin Registered Nurse license (if applicable)
