A company is looking for a Risk Adjustment Revenue Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk adjustment strategies and revenue management initiatives
• Manage auditing processes for CMS and DHS and oversee encounter data processes
• Collaborate with executives and leadership to enhance risk adjustment processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Health Care Administration, Management, or related field
• Five years of experience in risk adjustment or a related area
• Three years of experience in a management or leadership role within the healthcare industry
• Certifications in professional coding and risk adjustment coding from the American Academy of Professional Coders
• State of Wisconsin driver's license with an acceptable driving record
