Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) Outpatient CDI Provider Education & Quality Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs and educational materials for outpatient CDI and documentation practices
• Conduct one-on-one and small group provider education sessions on clinical documentation best practices
• Collaborate with providers to ensure clinical documentation supports accurate coding based on best practices

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
• 2 years of Outpatient CDI experience required
• 2 years of HCC Risk Adjustment experience required
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a compact license upon hire required
