Job Summary
Providing patient-centered care in a part-time capacity, the Wisconsin Licensed RN Clinical Nurse (Ambulatory) will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and collaborate with an interprofessional team during PM shifts, focusing on delivering high-quality nursing care remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Utilizes the nursing process and evidence-based practice to assess patient needs and develop collaborative care plans
- Demonstrates clinical expertise in providing age-appropriate and culturally sensitive care within the assigned specialty
- Identifies opportunities to enhance patient experience, streamline processes, and improve outcomes while maintaining positive interprofessional relationships
Required qualifications:
- Current Wisconsin RN Licensure
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
