Job Summary

A company is looking for a RN Organ Allocation and Triage Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate acceptance or refusal of donor organs for transplant, ensuring timely communication with transplant centers and surgical teams
• Execute complex logistical support for organ recovery and placement, including coordination of transport and regulatory compliance
• Participate in the development and execution of quality assurance programs to ensure adherence to clinical standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's Degree in Nursing Required
• Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
• 1 year of ICU nursing experience or three (3) years of clinical nursing experience Required
• Progressive nursing experience with demonstrated success Required
• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Nursing or relevant area Preferred
