Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Organ Allocation and Triage Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate acceptance or refusal of donor organs for transplant and ensure timely communication with stakeholders
• Execute complex logistical support for organ recovery and placement, including coordination of transport and surgical teams
• Participate in the development and execution of quality assurance programs to ensure adherence to clinical standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's Degree in Nursing Required
• 1 year of ICU nursing experience or three years of clinical nursing experience Required
• Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
• Progressive nursing experience with demonstrated success Required
• 2 years of transplant or closely related nursing experience Preferred
