Wisconsin Licensed RN Trainer

Job Summary

To enhance clinical training initiatives, the part-time Wisconsin Licensed RN Trainer will develop training materials, evaluate training effectiveness, and conduct quality assurance audits while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and participate in the development of training materials and modules
• Evaluate training processes for effectiveness and report findings to the Center of Excellence Training Manager
• Conduct on and off-site training programs for staff

Required qualifications:

• Accredited Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current RN license in state of residency
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical environment as a Registered Nurse
• Training experience in medically related education and clinical settings
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and database experience
