Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Relationship Manager responsible for driving new business sales and managing strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets for commercial business
• Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers and consultants, building trust-based partnerships
• Stay informed on healthcare trends and maintain deep knowledge of the health plan's products and services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 5+ years of experience in health insurance sales, account management, or broker relations
• Existing broker and consultant relationships in the Green Bay market strongly preferred
• Active Wisconsin Life & Health insurance license or obtain within 90 days of hire
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
