Job Summary

Leading a collaborative team in a remote contract position, the Wisconsin Licensed Scrum Master will manage large enterprise-level projects focused on business intelligence and data warehousing, utilizing agile methodologies to deliver value to business partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex projects with multiple agile teams, ensuring timely delivery of value
• Define project scope and schedule, organize project meetings, and prepare progress reports while managing risks and issues
• Develop team capabilities by holding members accountable, removing roadblocks, and mentoring team members

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in a Scrum Master role leading scrums for business intelligence and data warehousing
• Minimum of 5 years in a project manager role leading Agile technical projects
• Minimum of 5 years managing large, complex enterprise-level projects with multiple teams
