Job Summary
Supporting compliance and risk assessment functions, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Security Analyst will monitor cybersecurity threats, lead audits, and guide IT staff in aligning processes with regulatory standards in a hybrid remote work model.
Key responsibilities
- Support compliance and cybersecurity functions across the Wisconsin Department of Correction
- Lead audits and analyze risks while monitoring corrective actions and drafting risk reports
- Assist in the detection, analysis, and response to cybersecurity threats, including forensic investigations
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience with NIST Cybersecurity Framework and other security standards
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, CJIS, and ISO
- Proficiency in triaging and analyzing cybersecurity alerts using enterprise tools
- Knowledge of phishing mitigation and incident response forensics
- Strong technical writing skills for incident reports and documentation
