Job Summary
Supporting compliance and cybersecurity functions, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Security Analyst will assess risks, lead audits, and respond to cybersecurity threats while working remotely with the option to report to the Madison office as needed.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and provide compliance support across the Wisconsin Department of Correction
- Lead audits, analyze risks, and draft risk reports with accountability metrics
- Detect, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity threats, participating in forensic investigations and vulnerability management
Required qualifications:
- Wisconsin residency is mandatory
- Understanding of NIST Cybersecurity Framework and related security standards (2+ years)
- Experience with NIST 800-53 controls and incident response forensics (2+ years)
- Proficiency in analyzing cybersecurity alerts using enterprise technologies (2+ years)
- Strong technical writing skills for documentation and incident reports
