Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to prepare, report, analyze, and present financial data while ensuring adherence to accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute monthly accounting close processes, prepare journal entries, and reconcile sub-ledgers to the General Ledger
• Prepare and analyze monthly consolidated financial reports and lead financial meetings with senior leadership
• Mentor junior accountants and collaborate with business partners to ensure compliance with accounting policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required; Master's Degree preferred
• 5+ years of hands-on corporate accounting experience
• Experience in coaching and training team members on accounting matters
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced Excel experience
• Operating experience with an ERP accounting system and financial planning software
