Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer - Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects for various clients throughout eastern Wisconsin
• Collaborate with different disciplines to solve challenges and provide solutions
• Provide direct supervision of assigned staff, including work planning and performance feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant software
• Reside within 50 miles of Delafield, WI
• Experience as a lead project manager on municipal and/or roadway projects
• Ability to report into the Delafield office initially with potential for full remote work
