Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and review contracts related to healthcare entities
• Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts while managing legal risks

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctorate Degree required
• Current state license to practice law
• 7 to 10 years of healthcare law experience, including physician contracting
• 3+ years of corporate, regulatory, or transactional experience in a law firm setting
• Solid knowledge of HIPAA, Affordable Care Act, Medicare, and related laws
