Wisconsin Licensed Senior Epic Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the implementation and support of clinical information systems, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Senior Epic Analyst will manage projects, provide education, and ensure effective application software usage while being eligible for remote work in select states.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Epic Ambulatory applications, consulting with clinical and administrative staff
• Perform project management activities, including analysis, design, implementation, and support of assigned application software
• Maintain and improve patient safety, departmental workflow, and cost containment through effective application usage

Required qualifications:

• Experience and certification with EPIC Ambulatory
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, clinical area, or related field, or five+ years of relevant healthcare/IT experience
• Minimum of three years' experience in implementing clinical information systems
• ITIL and HIMSS certifications to be completed within one year of hire
• Strong understanding of hospital clinical and administrative operations and the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
