Job Summary
Wisconsin Licensed Senior HR Compensation Partner, responsible for developing and implementing compensation programs to support organizational goals, working full-time with hybrid options available.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and administer compensation strategies, including salary structures and incentive plans
- Provide guidance to HR Business Partners on compensation frameworks and conduct market pricing analysis
- Administer annual compensation cycle activities and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, market pricing, and program administration
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job architecture, and market benchmarking
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as FLSA and SCA
- Experience with HR systems and compensation cycle support
