Wisconsin Licensed Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise-wide modernization and strategic projects, the remote Wisconsin Licensed Senior Project Manager will lead complex projects, develop project plans, and facilitate collaboration among teams and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex enterprise projects to align with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for successful project delivery
• Monitor project scope, budget, quality, and risks, escalating issues as necessary to maintain project health

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Experience managing technology implementation projects, including software, systems, or products
• Proficiency with Agile, Hybrid, or other project management methodologies
• Strong vendor management skills and experience overseeing interconnected projects within larger programs
• PMP certification is highly preferred
