Job Summary
Supervising the activities of Customer Care Center Assistants and support services, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Service Center Supervisor will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, drive performance, and enhance customer experience in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the selection, training, and performance management of associates, including personnel actions like salary adjustments and promotions
- Plan and monitor workflow while auditing interactions for quality customer service and compliance
- Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and handle escalated issues and complaints from agents and customers
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of insurance experience, including underwriting, contact center, and billing
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field
- Property & Casualty Agents license
- Associate in General Insurance designation preferred
