Job Summary

Supervising the activities of Customer Care Center Assistants and support services, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Service Center Supervisor will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, drive performance, and enhance customer experience in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the selection, training, and performance management of associates, including personnel actions like salary adjustments and promotions
  • Plan and monitor workflow while auditing interactions for quality customer service and compliance
  • Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and handle escalated issues and complaints from agents and customers
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of insurance experience, including underwriting, contact center, and billing
  • 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field
  • Property & Casualty Agents license
  • Associate in General Insurance designation preferred
