Job Summary
Supporting the Wisconsin Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) program, the remote Wisconsin Licensed Service Representative will research and resolve inquiries from stakeholders while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective use of internal systems and occasional training sessions.
Key responsibilities
- Address and resolve third-party administrator questions and issues from providers, County Waiver Agencies, and DHS staff
- Utilize internal software tools to effectively research and resolve inquiries
- Conduct training sessions for providers and stakeholders to enhance understanding of processes
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a related field
- Solid understanding of Wisconsin Medicaid and healthcare insurance programs
- Excellent research and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn organization-specific software
- Effective and professional communication skills with stakeholders
