Job Summary
To support the IT department, a Wisconsin Licensed ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions while working remotely for a 12+ month contract with potential for extension or conversion.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement workflows, scripting, and integrations within ServiceNow modules
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless system configurations and automation
- Document system processes and configurations for ongoing support and improvements
Required qualifications
- 6-9 years of experience with JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS, Glide scripting, and SQL
- Proven experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations
- Experience creating Business Rules and UI Policies within ServiceNow
- Demonstrated expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITAM, CSM)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
