Seeking a Wisconsin Licensed ServiceNow Developer, the full-time position focuses on implementing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, driving business process automation, and delivering IT service management solutions, with mostly remote work within Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Design and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and ITAM based on business needs
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- 6-9 years of experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS, and Glide scripting
