Job Summary
To support the legal team, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Sr. Staff Attorney will draft and negotiate contracts, manage corporate legal records, and provide legal counsel remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts on behalf of the organization, overseeing the complete life cycle from request to final signature
- Conduct legal research and prepare various legal documents, including memorandums and correspondence
- Provide legal guidance to staff on business objectives and ensure compliance with applicable policies and practices
Required qualifications
- Completion of a law degree through an accredited program required
- License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred
- 5 years of experience working in a legal capacity required
- Participation in and support for compliance program objectives
- Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
