Wisconsin Licensed Systems Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Architect III to assist with the design and development of internal business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop the CHEMS system and transition Counties to this software
• Implement, support, maintain, and enhance the County Highway Expenditure Microcomputer System (CHEMS)
• Participate in software upgrades and system enhancements, including data integration programs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software design and development
• Proficiency in Delphi programming (RAD Studio 2007+ and/or 2011) and SQL/PL SQL
• Experience with Oracle RDBMS and database administration tools
• Knowledge of networking infrastructure and Windows-based application development
• Ability to work independently and confirm priorities with the lead IT Consultant
