Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven consultative partnership skills with hiring leaders
  • Advanced sourcing and Boolean search expertise
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and/or VMS platforms
