Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Proven consultative partnership skills with hiring leaders
- Advanced sourcing and Boolean search expertise
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and/or VMS platforms
