Wisconsin Licensed Team Lead RN

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead Registered Nurse for their Nursing Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assist with primary health care and patient care management
• Assess and triage patients while recommending follow-up care and documentation
• Provide guidance and assistance with operations of regional sites and services in collaboration with the leadership team

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Certification in area of specialty is desired
• A minimum of three years' experience as a practicing RN, including one year in a leadership role
• Possesses an active Wisconsin and/or Michigan RN nursing license
• Current CPR certification or within 90 days of hire
